About Us

Arm In Arm Support is a locally owned and NDIS-registered disability services provider proudly serving the Albury-Wodonga region. Built on the strength of lived experience and genuine community connection, we deliver compassionate, personalised care that empowers you to live your best life.

What Makes Us Different

  • Rooted in Lived Experience Our founder and manager, Chris Maginnity, holds a Certificate IV in Mental Health and Recovery Coaching and brings first-hand understanding to everything we do. Chris’s journey inspires our culture of empathy, respect and real-world insight.

  • Small Team, Big Heart We remain intentionally small so we can focus on what truly matters: building authentic relationships. Every member of our dedicated team shares a passion for excellence and a commitment to making a positive difference.

  • Person-Centred, Tailored Support No two journeys are the same. Whether you’re seeking help with daily tasks, accessing your community or growing new skills, we’ll work with you to co-design supports that reflect your goals, strengths and individuality.
