Rooted in Lived Experience Our founder and manager, Chris Maginnity, holds a Certificate IV in Mental Health and Recovery Coaching and brings first-hand understanding to everything we do. Chris’s journey inspires our culture of empathy, respect and real-world insight.

Kellie McGrath – Operations Manager
Kellie is a dedicated community leader with over two decades of experience working across education, health, and community programs in the Albury Wodonga region. With a strong background in leadership, program development, and advocacy, she is passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where people can thrive. Known for her compassion, adaptability, and exceptional networking skills, Kellie ensures Arm in Arm Support runs smoothly while keeping people at the heart of everything we do.
Sarah Pell – Disability Support Worker
Sarah brings over a decade of experience supporting elderly clients and people with disabilities to live with dignity, comfort, and independence. With a warm and caring nature, she goes above and beyond to assist with daily living, personal care, and community access. Sarah is known for her patience, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those she supports.
Melissa Riley - Disability Support Worker
Melissa has been part of the Arm in Arm Support team since June 2023, bringing a warm and approachable presence to both clients and colleagues. With a background in hairdressing and customer service, she has developed strong skills in communication, teamwork, and building positive connections with people from all walks of life. Melissa thrives in busy environments and is known for her ability to stay calm under pressure while offering genuine care. Her dedication and compassion make her a valued member of our community-focused team.
Brendan Graf – Disability Support Worker
Brendan brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting people in the community. With experience across customer service and hands-on roles, he has developed exceptional teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Brendan is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those he supports, building trust through his approachable nature and dedication to helping clients achieve their goals.
Rohan Drummond – Disability Support Worker
Rohan is a well-known and respected local with strong ties across the Albury Wodonga community. His extensive local knowledge and experience make him a valuable asset to the people he supports, helping them connect with services, activities, and opportunities in the region. Friendly, approachable, and dependable, Rohan builds lasting relationships and takes pride in making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Noah Hamilton – Disability Support Worker
Noah combines his passion for helping others with a diverse background in education, fitness, and community service. With experience as a teacher’s aide supporting children with special needs, as well as a professional background in martial arts coaching, Noah brings patience, discipline, and a strong focus on building confidence and independence in the people he supports. Known for his approachable nature and commitment to positive outcomes, Noah uses his skills to empower clients both in daily life and through active, engaging experiences.
Tanya Gleeson - Disability Support Worker
Tanya brings a wealth of experience and a strong work ethic to the Arm in Arm Support team. Having spent more than two decades working in customer service and merchandising roles with leading companies, she has developed excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Tanya is approachable, reliable, and community-minded, always willing to go the extra mile to support others. Her friendly nature and dedication to helping people feel comfortable and included make her a valued part of our team.
Mark French – Disability Support Worker
Mark brings over three decades of business and people management experience, developed through his leadership role in a large, family-run company. Skilled in customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving, Mark is known for his approachable nature and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. His strong community ties, reliability, and dedication to helping others make him a valued member of the Arm in Arm Support team.
